Chap.  460.         AN   ACT   AUTHORIZING   THE   BOARD   OF   WATER

AND SEWER COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF WARE TO REGULATE THE TOWN'S SEWER SYSTEM.

Be it enacted,  etc.,  as follows:

SECTION 1. The second sentence of section 10 of chapter 75 of the acts of 1963, as appearing in section 1 of chapter 473 of the acts of 1982, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the word "thirteen A" and inserting in place thereof the word:-twelve A.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect as of December nineteenth, nineteen hundred and eighty-two.
