Chap. 13. AN ACT DESIGNATING A PORTION OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 52 LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF WORCESTER AS THE HONORABLE JOSEPH F. GIBNEY HIGHWAY. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: State highway, route 52 from the boundary line of the state of Connecticut to the junction of the Massachusetts Turnpike shall be designated and known as The Honorable Joseph F. Gibney highway in memory of Joseph F. Gibney, a former selectman in the town of Webster, a former majority leader in the state senate and former clerk of the second district court of southern Worcester. The department of public works shall erect suitable markers along said highway bearing said designation, in compliance with the standards of said department and as authorized by the federal highway administration.
