Chap. 566	An Act providing for the issuance of a license for the construction of an intake pipe line under fort point channel in boston harbor.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
The department of public works is hereby authorized to issue a license, under the provisions of chapter ninety-one of the General Laws, to Helena Willingham, James J. Hook, Edward Hook and Alfred Hook, all of the city of Boston, a co-partnership doing business under the name and style of James Hook and Compan}', to construct a salt water intake pipe line extending into Fort Point channel from their wharf at number 15-17 Northern avenue, in the city of Boston and from the harbor line established by chapter one hundred and seventy of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty, a distance of one hundred and twenty feet more or less in an approximate southeasterly direction, or as necessary to secure a supply of salt water for the preservation of live lobsters, subject to such conditions as said department may prescribe.
