Chap.   119.          AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE VENUE PROVISIONS
IN CONSUMER PROTECTION ACTIONS.
Be  it enacted,   etc.,   as follows:
The first paragraph of section 4 of chapter 93A of the General Laws, as amended by chapter 544 of the acts of 1972, is hereby further amended by inserting after the second sentence the following sentence:-
If more than one person is joined as a defendant, such action may be brought in the superior court of the county where any one defendant resides or has his principal place of business, or in Suffolk county.
