Chap.301 An Act temporarily reviving the sterling leather co., inc.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 1. Sterling Leather Co., Inc., a corporation dissolved October thirteenth, nineteen hundred and forty-three by decree of the supreme judicial court, is hereby revived and continued for a period of two years from the effective date of this act in order to allow it to bring a suit or suits to recover funds, and to allow suits to be brought against it.

Section 2.    This act shall take effect upon its passage.
