Chap. 443.          AN   ACT  AUTHORIZING   THE   TOWN   OF   MASHPEE
TO   APPROPRIATE  AND   PAY  A   CERTAIN  SUM OF MONEY TO JAMES SOLTIS.
Be  it enacted,   etc.,   as  follows:
SECTION 1. The town of Mashpee is hereby authorized to appropriate the sum of four hundred dollars and after such appropriation, the treasurer of said town is hereby authorized to pay such sum to James Soltis for loss incurred due to the theft of his tools from town property.
SECTION  2.     This act shall take effect upon its passage.
