Chap. 0720 An Act relative to employees of the metropolitan transit authority in the military service. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Section 1. Any employee of the Metropolitan Transit Authority shall be entitled, during the time of his service in the organized militia, under sections eleven, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, one hundred and five or one hundred and fifty-four of chapter thirty-three of the General Laws, or during his annual tour of duty of not exceeding fifteen days as a member of the organized reserve of the army of the United States or of the United States naval reserve forces, to receive pay therefor, without loss of his ordinary remuneration as an employee of the Metropolitan Transit Authority, and shall also be entitled to the same leaves of absence or vacation with pay given to other like employees. Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. Approved August k, 1950.
