Chap. 0610 An Act further postponing the taking effect of certain laws providing for bills of exceptions in probate proceedings and in suits in equity. Whereas, The principal purpose of this act is to postpone further the taking effect of certain provisions of law contained in section one of chapter four hundred and sixty-nine of the acts of nineteen hundred and forty-five and in section one of chapter five hundred and thirty of the acts of said year and the delayed taking effect of this act would prevent the achievement of such purpose, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Section 1. Chapter four hundred and sixty-nine of the acts of nineteen hundred and forty-five is hereby amended by striking out section two, as amended by chapter eighty-eight of the acts of nineteen hundred and forty-six, and inserting in place thereof the following section: - Section 2. This act shall take effect on March first, nineteen hundred and forty-seven. Section 2. Chapter five hundred and thirty of the acts of nineteen hundred and forty-five is hereby amended by striking out section two, as amended by chapter ninety-four of the acts of nineteen hundred and forty-six, and inserting in place thereof the following section: - Section 2. This act shall take effect on March first, nineteen hundred and forty-seven. Approved June 15, 1946.
