Chap. 0591 An Act extending the time for acceptance of an act to establish the charlemont fire district and to provide for supplying the same with water.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 1. Chapter 231 of the acts of 1931 is hereby amended by striking out section 14 and inserting in place thereof the following section: - Section 14. This act shall take effect upon its acceptance by a majority of the voters of the district described in section one, present and voting thereon at a district meeting called for the purpose in accordance with the provisions of section eight within eighteen years after its passage.

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
