Chap. 0534 An Act requiring certain entertainers and others who appear under assumed names to file their true names with the commissioner of public safety. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Chapter 140 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 181 the following section: - Section 181 A. Whoever, for compensation, appears in a public exhibition, public show, public amusement or other public performance under an assumed name shall file with the commissioner of public safety on a form prescribed by him a statement containing the true name, legal address and the assumed name of such person. Such statement shall be under the penalties of perjury. Violations of this seetion shall he punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars for eaeh offence. Approved June 0, 19J,S.
