Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Chapter seventy-four of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section twenty-two B the following section: - Section 22C. The division of the blind in the department of education is hereby authorized and empow-

ered, subject to the approval of the commission on administration and finance, to receive and use such federal funds as may be available in the conduct of a program of vocational rehabilitation of the blind. Approved July 9, 1945.
