Chap. 282. AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ADJUTANT GEN- ERAL TO PERMIT THE PARKING ON THE WEBSTER ARMORY GROUNDS IN THE TOWN OF WEBSTER ON THANKSGIVING DAY. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately permit the parking on the Webster armory grounds in the town of Webster on Thanksgiving Day, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience. ______ ___ Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Notwithstanding the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-two of chapter thirty-three of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the adjutant general is hereby authorized to approve the application of the town of Webster's public schools athletic department to use as a parking lot, the land in the rear of the Webster armory facility in said town for the annual Thanksgiving Day football game.
