Chap. 0469 An Act to transfer the towers and duties of the commission on the topographical survey and map of massachusetts to the board of harbor and land commissioners.

Be it enacted, etc., as folloivs:
Section 1. The board of harbor and land commissioners, in addition to its present powers and duties, shall have the powers and perform the duties pertaining to the commission on the topographical survey and map of Massachusetts, which was established under the provisions of chapter seventy-two of the resolves of the year eighteen hundred and eighty-four.
Section 2. The commission on the topographical survey and map of Massachusetts is hereby abolished.
Section 3.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
