Chap. 0029 An Act making an appropriation for the Massachusetts school fund.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 1. The sum of one hundred thousand dollars is hereby appropriated, to be paid out of the treasury of
the Commonwealth from the ordinary revenue, for the Massachusetts School Fund, as provided for by section two of chapter forty-one of the lie vised Laws.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
