Chap. 0029 An Act making an appropriation for the preservation of town records of births, marriages and deaths.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 1. A sum not exceeding fifteen thousand dollars is hereby appropriated, to be paid out of the treasury of the Commonwealth from the ordinary revenue, during the year ending on the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and four, for the preservation of town records of births, marriages and deaths previous to the year eighteen hundred and fifty.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
