Chap. 0136 An act making appropriations for deficiencies in appropriations for certain educational expenses authorized in the year nineteen hundred and three. Be it enacted, etc., as folloics: Section 1. The sums hereinafter mentioned are appropriated, to be paid out of the treasury of the Commonwealth from the ordinary revenue, for certain expenses in excess of the appropriations therefor in the year nineteen hundred and three, to wit : - For payment of the tuition of children in high schools outside of the town in which they reside, in so far as such payment is provided for by section three of chapter forty-two of the Kevised Laws, as amended by chapter four hundred and thirty-three of the acts of the year nineteen hundred and two, the sum of ninety-one hundred lifty dollars and fourteen cents. For the education of deaf pupils of the Commonwealth in the schools designated by law, the sum of seventy-three hundred twenty-nine dollars and twenty-eight cents. For completing and furnishing the new dormitory building at the state normal school at Westfield, the sum of eight hundred ninety-live dollars and three cents. Section 2. This act shall take elfect upon its passage. Approved March 5, 1004.
