Chap. 0264 An Act in addition to an act making appropriations for deficiencies in appropriations for sundry expenses authorized in the year nineteen hundred and seven.

Be it enacted, etc.. as follows:

Section t. The sums hereinafter mentioned are appropriated, to be paid out of the treasury of the commonwealth from the ordinary revenue, for certain expenses in excess of the appropriations therefor in the year nineteen hundred and seven, to wit: -
For travel and other necessary expenses of the chief of the cattle bureau, the sum of three hundred sixty-seven dollars and fourteen cents.
For telephone service for the senate and house of repre-. sentatives for the year nineteen hundred and seven, the sum of one thousand dollars.
For expenses in connection with the extermination of contagious diseases among horses, cattle and other animals, the sum of thirty-six hundred fifty dollars and fifty-eight cents.
Sectiox 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
