Chap. 0637 An Act to provide for the payment of the indebtedness incurred for the erection at attleborough of a building for the fourth district court of bristol.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 1. Section three of chapter one hundred and twenty-five of the acts of the year nineteen hundred and eight, as amended by chapter three hundred and ninety-seven of the acts of the year nineteen hundred and nine, is hereby further amended by striking out said section and
inserting in place thereof the following: - Section 3. In order to meet the expenses incurred under this act, said county commissioners may borrow from time to time upon the credit of said county a sum not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars, at a rate of interest not exceeding four and one half per cent per annum. This indebtedness shall be paid out of amounts received for taxes, at the rate of ten thousand dollars each year, beginning with the year nineteen hundred and eleven, until the whole indebtedness is paid.
Sectiox 2. Chapter four hundred and eighty-four of the acts of the year nineteen hundred and ten is hereby repealed.
Sectiox 3.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
