Chap. 0368 An Act to legalize and confirm the proceedings of the annual toavn meeting of the town of raynham.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Section 1. The election of town officers for the town of Kaynham at the annual town meeting of said town held on the eighth day of March in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-seven shall not be invalid by reason of the fact that the clerk pro tempore of said meeting was not elected as required by law.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
