Chap. 0054 An Act relative to the amount of money to be advanced to the disbursing officer of the state board of insanity.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Section 1. There may be advanced to the disbursing officer of the state board of insanity, under the provisions of chapter fifty-eight of the acts of the year eighteen hundred and ninety, a sum not exceeding fifteen hundred dollars. Such officer, for the faithful discharge of the duties of his office, shall give a bond with sufficient sureties in the sum of two thousand dollars, payable to and to be approved by the treasurer and receiver general.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
