Chap. 0431 An Act to change a part of the boundary line between the cities of boston and newton. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Section 1. The boundary line between the cit}T of Boston and the city of Newton, between a point at the intersection of the present boundary line and the northerly side of Nonantum street and a point at the intersection of the present boundary line and the northerly side of Commonwealth avenue, is hereby changed so that the part of said boundary line between said points shall be a .straight line. Said new boundary line is shown by a dotted red line upon apian marked " Plan showing a proposed change in the boundary line between Boston and Newton, Massachusetts, William Jackson, city engineer, April 1G, 1898", on file in the office of the secretary of the Commonwealth. Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. Approved May 13, 1808.
