Chap. 0082 An Act allowing the somerville wharf and improvement companr further time to organize.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section- 1. The Somerville Wharf and Improvement Company, incorporated by chapter one hundred and forty-seven-of the acts of the year eighteen hundred and eighty, may organize under said act at any time within one }rear from the passage of this act.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
