Chap. 0132 An Act relating to the descent of the real estate of illegitimate children.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section four of chapter one hundred and twenty-five of the Public Statutes, relating to the descent of the real estate of illegitimate children, is amended by adding thereto the following words: " or in case she is not living, to the persons who would have been entitled thereto by inheritance through his mother if he had been a legitimate child." Approved March 30, 1882.
