Chap. 0205 An Act concerning the salaries of the justices of the superior court.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 1. The chief justice of the superior court shall receive an annual salary of fifty-three hundred dollars and each of the other justices of said court shall receive an annual salaiy of five thousand dollars, the same to be paid from the treasury of the Commonwealth.
Section 2. Section twenty-eight of chapter one hundred and fifty-two of the Public Statutes is repealed.
Section 3.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
