1972 House Bill 5806. An Act Providing That The Presumption Relative To The Cause Of Disability Or Death Of Certain Members Of Fire And Police Departments Shall Extend To Persons Serving A Probationary Period In Said Departments And Including Said Presumption In The Law Providing Pensions For Widows Of Certain Fire Fighters Or Police Officers Killed In The Line Of Duty.
