An Act Providing For Immediate Membership In The State Retirement System Of Employees Whose State Employment Was Immediately Preceded By County Employment Covered By A County Contributory Pension Law, And Providing The Basis Of Computing The Pension For Such Service And The Payment Of A Part Thereof By The County.
