An Act Exempting Real Estate From The Operation Of The Omitted Child Statute Unless A Claim Is Seasonably Filed And Providing For The Appointment Of A Guardian Ad Litem To Represent Certain Children Or Issue Omitted From Wills And Requiring That A Petition For The Probate Of A Will State Whether The Will Omits To Provide For Any Child Or Issue, And Whether The Surviving Husband Or Widow Is Incompetent.
