An Act To Facilitate Absent Voting By Residents Of Massachusetts Serving In Or With The Armed Forces Of The United States During War Between The United States And Any Foreign Country And To The Qualifications Of Such Residents As Voters At Any Regular Biennial State Election Or At Certain Regular Annual Or Biennial City Or Town Elections.
