An Act To Conserve The Remaining Park Land Within The Chestnut Hill Reservoir Park Area In The Brighton District Of The City Of Boston And Provide Open Space And Park Land For The Enjoyment Of The Inhabitants Of The Metropolitan District And The City Of Boston; To Prohibit The Alienation Or Diminution Of Any Of The Remaining Park Land To Prohibit The Construction On Said Remaining Park Land Of Any Building Or Facility Whatsoever; And To Validate Certain Sales Of Land To Boston College.
