1973 House Bill 6438. An Act To Authorize And Direct The Transfer From The Department Of Mental Health And/Or Trustees For The Medfield State Hospital To The Department Of Natural Resources Of Properties Of Said Hospital In The Town Of Dover And Along The Charles River In The Town Of Medfield Under Conditions To Be Agreed Upon Between The Said Departments, In Order To Establish A Medfield Charles River Reservation For The Protection And Public Enjoyment Of The Natural Features Of The Area.
