1958 House Bill 0405. An Act Relative To The Rights Of Tenants At Will Of Business Properties Whose Tenancies Are Terminated Without Their Fault, And To Provide That The Landlord Or Person Entitled To Be Paid Rent For Occupancy By Such Tenants, And Tenants, Their Spouses, Etc., Of Dwellings After Such Termination Shall Be Subject To The Duty Of Care Owed To The Tenant By The Landlord.
