1980 Senate Bill 1308. An Act Providing A Certain Physical Condition Of Disease Resulting In Total Or Partial Disability Or Death To County Correctional Officials And Certain Members Of The Barnstable County Sheriff's Department Shall Be Presumed To Have Been Suffered In The Line Of Duty With Reference To The Accidental Disability Law.
