1895 House Bill 1040. An Act Providing That Men Who Served In The United States Army Or Navy During The Late War Of The Rebellion, And Were Honorably Discharged Therefrom, Shall Be Given Preference In Employment In The Public Service Of The Conmonwealth And The Cities Thereof, And Shall Not Be Discharged Or Suspended From Such Service Except For Cause And After Hearing.
