1941 House Bill 1127. An Act Reducing The "Waiting Period" Under The Massachusetts Unemployment Compensation Law From Two Weeks To One Week, And Further Providing, That Earnings Up To And Including Five Dollars During A Waiting Period Shall Deem A Claimant To Be Totally Unemployed.
