1951 House Bill 1243. An Act To Provide The Citizens Of Boston With Means For A Fair Expression Of Opinion As To The Need For Changes In The Form Of The City Government Of The City Of Boston, To That End To Amend Chapter Pour Hundred And Fifty-Two Of The Acts Of Nineteen Hundred And Forty-Eight And To Provide That All Proceedings Already Taken Under Said Chapter Pour Hundred And Fifty-Two Shall Have No Effect.
