1970 Senate Bill 1330. An Act Increasing The Period Of Revocation Of The License Or Right To Operate A Motor Vehicle Of A Person Convicted Of Certain Offenses Involving Motor Vehicles And Their Operation, And Providing That Such License Or Right To Operate May Be Restored At Any Time By The Registrar Of Motor Vehicles To Certain Persons Convicted Of Operating A Motor Vehicle Without Authority Of The Owner.
