An Act In Aid Of The Federal Copyright Laws, To Assist In Effectuating Their True Intent And Their Enforcement In The Commonwealth, To Enforce The Laws Of The Commonwealth Prohibiting Price Fixing Monopolies And Combinations In Restraint Of Commerce And Trade, To Provide For The Payment Of A Franchise Tax On Gross Receipts Of Copyrighted Music In Certain Cases, And To Encourage The Rendition, Creation And Production Of Copyrighted Works Among The School Children And Citizens Of The Commonwealth And The Marketing And Acceptance Of Copyrighted Works Created By The Citizens Of This Commonwealth.
