An Act Making Available To People Who Are Deaf, Hard Of Hearing, Or Otherwise Unable To Use The Telephone Immediate Communication Resources With Emergency Services Such As Ambulance, Fire, And Police Departments Which Can Be Facilitated By The Availability Of Teletype Communications Machines (T.T.Y.) In The Above Departments.
