1941 House Bill 1002. Resolutions Memorializing The Congress Of The Exited States To Insure That The Nation's Manpower Drafted Under The Selective Service Act Of The Year One Thousand Nine Hundred And Forty Shall Not Be Used On The Soil Of Any Other Sovereign Nation, Or Kept In The Armed Forces For Longer Than One Year In Peacetime, By Amending The Selective Service Act Of The Year One Thousand Nine Hundred And Forty To This Effect.
