1941 House Bill 1596. An Act Providing That Failure To Comply With The Laws Relating To The Registration And Equipment Of Motor Vehicles Shall Be Of No Effect In Civil Suits Relating To The Operation Of Such Motor Vehicles, Unless Such Failure Is Wilful Or Contributes To The Cause Of The Injury, Death Or Damage Upon Which Suit Is Based.
