1941 House Bill 1525. An Act Providing That The Present Collector Of Taxes Of Cities And Towns Of The Commonwealth Hold Continuous Office During Good Behavior After Two Years Of Continuous Service And That The Employees Of Such Office Who Have Served With Good Behavior For One Year Shall Be Placed Under Civil Service.
