An Act Authorizing The Metropolitan District Commission To Lease To Peddock's Island Trust, Inc., The Land With The Buildings Thereon Known As Peddock's Island In Boston Harbor For The Purpose Of Revitalizing And Managing Said Island As An Educational And Recreational Resource For The Use And Benefit Of The General Public.
