An Act To Require The New Bedford, Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard And Nantucket Steamship Authority To Operate The Entire Boat Line, But As Two Separate Island Services, One To Nantucket And One To Martha's Vineyard, Each Island Service Subject To Control By Its Own County Commissioners, And Each Self-Supporting Either By Its Operating Revenue Or By Taxation On The County Served.
