Resolve To Preclude Any Pupil Of A Public School From Suing Successfully A Person Or Entity On The Ground That He Or She Did Not Receive An Education Adequate For Providing The Basics Upon Which The Efficacy Of Further Education And Vocation Rest And To Reveal To The Pupil The Substance Of Federal, State And Local Governments.
