An Act Providing For Run Construction, Maintenance, Repair, Operation And Policing Of An Additional Vehicular Tunnel Following An Alignment Via The Fort Point Channel And Jeffries Point Cove To Logan Airport; Conferring Upon The Department Of Public Works The Power And Duty To Construct, Maintain, Repair And Operate Said Tunnel Or To Contract With The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority To Construct, Maintain, Repair, Operate And Police The Same On Behalf Of Said Department And Providing For The Financing Of Such Additional Tunnel While Protecting The Rights And Interests Of Bondholders Of The Existing Tunnels And Designating Such Tunnel As The Edward J. King Tunnel.
