An Act Authorizing Domestic Life Insurance Companies To Purchase And Hold And To Improve Real Estate By Constructing Low Rental Housing Projects Thereon, And To Operate And Maintain Such Projects, And Amending The Laws Relative To The Period During Which Domestic Insurance Companies May Hold Certain Real Estate.
