1973 House Bill 3763. An Act Providing That The Benefit Received By A Massachusetts Taxpayer From An Itemized Federal Income Tax Deduction For Massachusetts Income Tax Shall Be Taxed To The Extent It Represents A Net Tax Payment By The Taxpayer Of Less Than The Uniform Rate Required Under Massachusetts Law And That The Entire Revenue Received Therefrom Shall Be Credited To The Local Aid Fund.
