1964 Senate Bill 0339. An Act Providing That The Law Providing For The Annual Adjustment Of Pensions And Retirement Allowances Payable To Persons Engaged In Gainful Occupation After Retirement For Disability Shall Cease To Be Applicable To Such Persons When They Reach Seventy Years Of Age.
