An Act Requiring Legislators To Give The State Treasurer A Bond Conditioned On The Responsible Performance Of Their Official Duties And Completion Of Their Entire Elected Term, And Further Requiring The Bond Proceeds To Be Paid To The Towns To Help Pay The Costs Of Special Elections When Such Are Held.
