Description
Printed tables filled in, in manuscript. Tables for each municipality are arranged by county and list assets and number of dwellings, businesses, factories, goods, acres of land by type, and livestock. Ten variously sized leaves of printed Valuation Committee materials, chiefly requests for information, bound in at back. Accompanied by a manuscript copy or draft of a circular, the printed version of which is one of the ten bound-in leaves. The printed version of the circular is dated May 24th, 1850, and attributed to Myron Lawrence and Chas. Calhoun, the chairman and clerk of the Valuation Committee, respectively.
